Terms and Conditions

 These terms and conditions govern the provision of all services provided  by  Visatrain in the processing of visa applications and other ancillary  services for  our clients. All orders made by Visatrain clients are subject  to all the terms  and conditions that are listed below.

 1.) On behalf of Visatrain clients, it is stated that we act as only agents  when submitting our clients application to the appropriate immigration  authorities

 2.) Visatrain is committed to fulfilling all promised timelines when it comes to  your visa application. However, Visatrain will not accept responsibility or be  held liable should the immigration authorities or any other third party change  their rules, regulations or processing requirements, but in the event that  immigration authorities or any other third party change their rules, regulations  or processing requirements and their change has a direct effect on the  timeline for delivery, then Visatrain will uphold our missions statement and  work tirelessly to minimize delay or any inconvenience caused

 3.) Visatrain cannot influence:
      * Decisions made by immigration authorities
      * Whether or not the immigration authorities require additional          information before they can grant you a decision
      * Causes for delay
      * A decision to grant or not to grant you a visa

 4.) If any additional fees or delays are incurred for things beyond  Visatrain  control, Visatrain assumes no responsibility and cannot be held  responsible,      i.e.
      * Incomplete application forms
      * Inaccurate/false information provided
      * Inaccurate/false supporting documents

 5.) There is a service fee of $15USD if you withdraw your visa application  before it is submitted to the immigration authorities and a $50USD  cancellation penalty if you wish for Visatrain to cancel a visa that has already  been approved

 6.) All Fees paid to Visatrain are non-refundable once your visa  application  has been submitted to the immigration authorities. The  cancellation penalty  mentioned above is an addition to already paid fees

 7.) Visatrain goals to process visa applications in the shortest possible timeline,  however, Visatrain does not provide any guaranties concerning how long the  application process will take for you, so Visatrain cautions you regarding your  travel arrangements and we strongly recommend you to solidify your visa  before confirming travel dates or alternatively purchase an open ticket.

 8.) Visatrain is only deemed liable or accepts responsibility if evidence  suggest  a Visatrain error or negligence

 9.) You are required to travel with the same passport that you used for your  visa application. In the event that you change passports and want Visatrain to  re-allocate your visa to your new passport than there is a $15USD service fee  applied

 10.) If Visatrain acts as an agent or introduces/refers our client to;
        * Ancillary
        * Other businesses
        * Travel Extras
        * Then the client is bound by the specific terms and conditions of            that  particular establishment, which may be different from ours

 11.) Visatrain reserves the right to protect the interest of its business by any  means which includes but not limited to;
        * Refusal of service
        * Cancellation of business relationship

 12.) Visatrain affirms a strict no refund policy for all services rendered. In an  extreme but rare case a partial refund may be granted. The only exception to  the rule is if, Visatrain is deemed liable according to our terms and conditions

 13.) Visatrain may without notice, alter or amend the contents of the terms  and conditions if needed. The submission of any application to Visatrain either  by web, post, fax, email, willingly constitutes agreement to Visatrain terms  and conditions
