WORKING HOLIDAY VISA NEW ZEALAND

The New Zealand work holiday Visa gives adventures people from all
corners of the earth the chance to experience life on foreign soil.
For 12 months you will be allowed to tour and see the wonderful nature
and beautiful countryside of New Zealand.
When you thought it couldn’t get any better, the New Zealand
Gov. even allows you to work as a means to supplement your expenses,
this way you will be able to experience New Zealand like it was meant
to be experienced and see it like it was meant to be seen
Within 48 hours you can see New Zealand the way New Zealanders see
it if you:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Hold a passport from: Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Czech,
Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy,
Japan, Korea, *Malaysia, Malta, Holland/Netherlands, Norway, *Singapore,
Sweden, Taiwan, *Thailand, *UK, USA, Uruguay
2. Passport should be valid for at least 3 months after your planned
departure from
New Zealand
3. Age is between 18 and 30
4. Not bring dependent children
5. Have sufficient funds to meet living expenses and to purchase a
return ticket if one isn’t already purchased
6. Main reason for trip is holiday but will work only to supplement
living cost
7. Meet character and health requirements
8. Has never been approved for working holiday NZ
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Malaysia*
1. Have a minimum of NZ$2250 available funds to meet your living costs
while you are in New Zealand Citizens of Malaysia are only allowed
to a period of stay no longer that 6 months in New Zealand
Thailand*
1. Have a level of proficiency in English that is assessed as at least
functional
2. Have a tertiary qualification granted in respect of a minimum of
three years’ fulltime study
3. Have a minimum of NZ$7000 available funds to meet your living costs
while you are in New Zealand
UK*
1. Applicants from the UK can select either a 12-month or 23-month
stay in New Zealand
2. Usually be permanently living in the United Kingdom, which means
you can be temporarily visiting another country when you lodge your
application
3. Have a minimum of NZ$350 per month of stay available funds to meet
your living costs while you are in New Zealand
4. You must not work for a period exceeding 12 months
5. If within New Zealand during time of application or if 23-month
scheme is selected then medical certificates are required, but if 12
month scheme is selected and outside NZ then NO medical required
Singapore*
1. Have a minimum of NZ$2250 available funds to meet your living costs
while you are in New Zealand
2. Successful applicants can stay up to 6 months in New Zealand
3. Be ether undergraduate* student of graduate** of a Singapore university
or polytechnic
*If you are undergraduate waiting to gain work experience in New Zealand
before completing your study in Singapore you must:
1. Be registered with a Singapore university or polytechnic, and
2. Be a participant on an agreed exchange between your university or
polytechnic in Singapore and a New Zealand university or polytechnic,
or
3. Arrange your own employment directly with a New Zealand employer
**If you are graduate of a Singapore University or polytechnic
you must:
1. Apply for a Work Visa or Permit under this programme within 3 years
from the date of your graduation, and
2. Meet the same conditions for undergraduate students above
